Our Mission

My name is Riley Goodfellow, and I’m the founder of Goodfellow Mechanical. I got into the HVAC trade because I genuinely enjoy understanding how systems work, solving problems, and helping people when they need it most — especially during the Arizona heat.

Over the years, I’ve built my experience through hands-on work in HVAC service, repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and Installation. I’ve spent countless hours in attics, on rooftops, and inside mechanical rooms learning the trade from the ground up. That experience taught me not only the technical side of HVAC, but also how important honesty, communication, and professionalism are when working inside someone’s home.

As my career progressed, I moved into leadership and operations management roles within the home service industry, where I gained experience managing technicians, improving operations, and helping service teams grow. Even with management experience, I’ve always stayed passionate about the field side of the trade and the satisfaction that comes from solving problems for customers directly.

I created Goodfellow Mechanical with a simple goal: provide honest, dependable HVAC service that customers can trust. I believe in doing things the right way, treating customers with respect, and never cutting corners. Whether it’s a repair, maintenance visit, or helping someone understand their system better, I want customers to feel confident they’re getting quality work from someone who truly cares about the craft and their comfort.

Outside of work, I’m someone who values hard work, continuous learning, family, and building something meaningful for the future.
